Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s is a plus).
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and structural design.
Experience in project management and site supervision.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, or related software.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
